  1. Love this analysis! This is what I've been saying. The executives and directors are driving up debt and looting, while destroying the company and preparing to sell it or sell the assets. They're not done looting yet.

  2. Corporate raider: high executive compensation, drive up the debt, destroy the company, sell the assets. Everywhere we are confronting the battle between people with ethics and people without. The people selling out for cash are creating a lot of damage.
