China wants to steal Russia's resources. That's the #1 threat to Russia, but I doubt Russians see it coming at all.
As for the west, the west mainly wants Russia to stop trying to control and limit their access to energy. Russia keeps trying to corner the European energy market. That's the real reason for Russia's invasion of Ukraine. It came directly after oil and natgas resources were discovered in Ukraine. Russia didn't want that to be available for sale to Europe, so they invaded to take those resources. Russia is active in Libya to try to control those energy resources (to prevent them from going to Europe), and the war in Syria was a pipeline war, where Qatar wanted to run a pipeline through to Turkey, and from there to supply Europe, but Syria, a client of Russia, said no. So Qatar and the west tried to overthrow the Syrian govt. Meanwhile, Russia was trying to get Turkey to approve a new pipeline coming from Russia. Turkey, a NATO member, was told to refuse it in favor of the Qatar pipeline. But when the war in Syria failed, Turkey did approve of the Russian pipeline. Wagner is in Africa for several different reasons, mainly related to resources like gold and oil. Russia is a member of OPEC to influence oil policy. Why is Russia so persistent in wanting to control energy to Europe? It's because for a long time now Russia has wanted to conquer and control Europe. It wants to control all of Eurasia, and it came very close to doing it under Stalin. This was the goal of the Tsars, and it continued to be the goal under the communists, and now, even in relative ruin, it remains the goal of Russia.
But what's most likely to happen is that China will secretly take over Russia and have a puppet like Shoigu run it for them. Just like what they're doing in other countries.

It seems clear to me. The Russians controlled the site, and it was destroyed from the inside, not the outside. Strategically, Russia wanted to defend against an assault coming over the dam, which was the last bridge across the river. Russia was also aware that Ukrainian forces were building up on tiny islands in the river, preparing to come across and challenge the Russian lines. So they raised the water retained by the dam, and blew the dam, so that the wreckage of the Ukrainian forces would be maximized. If you've noticed, Russian generals literally do not care about civilians or their own troops, so the losses there did not matter to them. Also, they could not move troops or evacuate residents without the Ukrainians noticing.

Russia's ruble is strong because it is backed by Russian oil, timber, and grain ... but America's dollar is weak because ... it is backed by American oil, timber, and grain? lol
The second person interviewed was great. She seemed like practically a member of my family. The final man is right that real prosperity is a shared prosperity across all the people of the country, and not a greedy grab by those in power. Russia, China, and most nations are an example of greedy govt, and the US, unfortunately, is headed deeper into that itself.

The Great Game / Tournament of Shadows ... the spy game for world domination, played between the British Empire and the Russian Empire, which has continued from centuries ago to the present. Also, true, as one man said, that China is NOT an ally. China is friend to no one. As for the western countries, most people in the west don't even think about Russia, except when Russia does something heinous ... like the invasion of Ukraine. Why can't we all work together, live together? As for dividing Russia, it's not necessarily a bad thing. The east and west of Russia are two completely different places. Moscow has no business running Siberia; it's like Mercury running administration for Pluto. But I don't think anyone outside of Russia is attempting to break it up. If Russia breaks up, it will be from the inside. It's the same for the UK.
