  1. People forget that the origin of the Middle Eastern tension was the attempt to convert them to socialism / communism by the USSR and China. China is still there, pumping money for the cause. China's with Qatar funding Hamas, China's there with Iran funding the Houthis in Yemen. The AK-47 is the iconic weapon of terrorists because it was provided by Russia. Also, FWIW, South Yemen used to be a communist country, supported by the USSR. Nobody seems to remember this. I never see it cited online.
