Might mean "quartered" or divided, as opposed to square.

I'm joking, but you should have used Roman Meal cereal for your flour: whole wheat, rye, flax, oats, and barley. 👍 My mom used to make a quick bread out of that for breakfast, and we'd have it with butter and honey. Since she wasn't a stickler for history, she switched to adding molasses, and that made an excellent bread ... warm with butter, or cold and straight. Memories!

@aerden2 Near as I can tell, it has almost no sales in the US, but is sold in Asia. It might still be found in stores in some states with more rural life, like Utah. I figure it is basically run by China, or that style of management. It looks like it's just a brand now ... a label on a package. The HQ is in the US, and the top institutional investors in Flower Foods, who have licensed the brand in the US, are the usual suspects: BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street. Probably best to find a small US company that produces a competing product using locally sourced grains.
