You know this order for the FBI came from the very top ... Obama or whoever is running things. There is no point at which someone in the chain of authority is NOT going to ask their superior if they had permission to conduct this raid. So this was approved by the Oval Office. They'll try to pin the blame on someone in middle management, but authorization came from the top.
