  1. There are way too many unknown variables to hold any one person, organization or government responsible for what at the time was an unknown pandemic. Thus it would be a waste of time, not just in China, but also anywhere else in the world. Of course such actions is in the best interests of lawyers as it keeps them employed as litigators, and gives them the opportunity to exploit laws in China and elsewhere.
