  1. I am living in China and am fully vaccinated. I want to go to Hong Kong for a few weeks holiday, but do not want to quarantine as i have never been in or near an infected area or person. So can i come to Hong Kong and be given a special exemption. I promise to add to the Hong Kong economy.
