  1. Where there is a will, there is a way! Obviously there is no will in N.S.W. There are numerous actions that still could be or should have been taken. The first example may be to test whole communities, to go through a process of elimination, isolating those with the virus as they go. Draconian? Maybe, but if it is effective, who could argue with it? The priority is to STOP THE VIRUS SPREADING.
