  1. What was the guys job, working on the same floor as infected people? Were infected people removed from the hotel? Does the Grand Hyatt have negative air pressure rooms? Meals are delivered to rooms and dirty trays returned, but how? Answers to these questions would fairly quickly determine how this person became infected. Unfortunately, risk management still appears rather lacking.
