  1. The EU Justice Minister is also confirming that these funds are held as frozen assets, but still belong to Russia, as i have previously stated. They cannot be touched!

Another important note: Olaf Scholtz is due to visit China on 4th November, and is receiving a strong backlash from his German coalition (particularly the greens), which could bring about substantial changes in Germany's support of the EU (excluding NATO), but that is also possible. Let's wait and see, as Germany is headed for collapse but could be saved by China.

  3.  @christinehomer2185  Van der Layen can say anything she likes, but this is not an EU decision to be made. It must be agreed to by the whole world, as this money has been legitimately aggregated, thus not being proceeds from criminal activity, thus she has no chance in hell!
