Cannot agree with this statement, as there were not ATP points available this year at this event, thus no effect on world rankings. Please check the facts, as that was my understanding, which i think is correct.

@a_l_e_k_sandra Correct, there are no points awarded for Wimbledon this year, only the benefit of Prize money, which was my first summation.

@knudskoubo1090 i know nothing about retrospectivity of Wimbledon points from 2021. There is nothing positive about that, other then speculation, with the use of "if points for 2021 are deducted", which i think is unlikely without a valid reason. Points were removed from this years tournanent due to the discriminatory behaviour of the All English Tennis club, which defies contractual arrangements with the WTP and ATP. There are no reasons for deductions for 2021.

@knudskoubo1090 incorrect. This was a one time contractual failure by the Wimbledon organizers, nothing to do with last year. Next year, assuming there are no bans on players, WTP and ATP points will again be awarded.
