  1. The AMA very clearly needs to look at their own guidelines. Should a doctor who has not been well or sick, even suffering a cold, be in contact with patients. Testing is irrelevant, because it is more about poor judgement and then a use of how far they can go under the guidelines, which to me is inappropriate by a so called medical professional. No apology was necessary.

  4. China's military is built up for self defence, as it lives under constant threat. There hundreds of foreign military bases surrounding it, constant threats by foreign powers, and the constant presence of foreign naval shipping, including aircraft carriers, travelling through the Taiwan strait, then remaining off China's coastline. So it is understandable!

  6. Where does the Prime Minister get his facts that the Wet Market in Wuhan was the place from which this virus came? Scientists will say that this virus is 99% likely to have come from bats, which however is not treated by them as conclusive. Conclusive would be 99.8%. The same goes for the wet market. The initial symptoms of the virus was found in people working in the wet market, which led to an assumption what was sold there was the source. In reality, one person in the wet market coukkd easily have spread this virus to others there, due to its contagious nature, having caught this virus elsewhere. So there is no conclusive evidence as yet, that this was the source. If you really want to pander to the cause against wet markets, then i suggest you look further then just China. They are prolific in all of Asia. The Wet Market near the city in Kuala Lumpur is huge by comparison, and the products and killing practices are the same.

  8.  Michael o'donnell  then you are suggesting it is okay for the medical profession to spread a mild cold. In that instance, he should at least be wearing a mask and gloves when treating patients. I am suggesting here that the AMA seriously needs to review its guidelines. Putting this aside, the law also provides that people have a responsibility for "duty of care". That "may" also come into question.

  11. She is not a military person and has no right to salute. The president as head of the military should acknowledge but not salute, as he is not in uniform. In other words saluting is only for military personnel, whilst wearing hats. Without hats, they should not salute but instead cross their right arm in front of them as a salutation. As far as i am aware, that is the proper ettiquette for all military personnel throughout the world. So perhaps the research here should be about military ettiquette rather then critique of an individual neither presently or in the past a member of the military.

  12. The debacle did not come from either the government or its department of defence. The dabacle was the handling of this matter by the Australian media. Perhaps you better go back and check defence department meetings held in Beijing on 17th February. The government was made aware of the potential of such exercises, which is why the P.M. and the defence minister are suggesting everyone to cool down. So this is clearly a media hype problem, as well as lack of follow up on information of meeting of 17th February.

  22. DAAAAAA! The Wuhan institute of Virology is a just that, a viral study centre. And this centre closely studies corona viruses from bats, thus it would be obvious to even the lamest of people that they would have bats there. How do you think the head of this centre was nick named " bat woman". However, the bats kept there actually come from the bat caves on Zhoushan island, which is thousands of miles or kilometres away from bats which carry the corona virus which started this pandemic. Zhoushan is located a little south of Shanghai on the East coast, where as the bats with the closest link to the virus come from the south west of China, Yunnan province and also the northern most areas of adjoining asian countries. However, don't let facts get in the way of reality or even a world scoop. It could make a good story and after all, stories (even fairytales) can make money for these media organizations.

Perhaps Andrew Bolt should look a little further then just perhaps, maybe, and a conglomeration of theories, on which to base his assessment, which could associate American Labs ( closed suddenly around this time without explanation), war games held in Wuhan a few weeks prior in close proximity at which american army servicemen competed, and so on. The final out come will be that there is no evidence to implicate any of them at present without positive proof. So in the end, all we have is contrivances and conspiracy theories, none of which all reasonably minded people in this world could positively agree with.   30. Whilst listening to what amounted to a lot of ranting and raving, i was waiting for the evidence which was stated as leading to this conclusion. Yes, there is the institute in Wuhan, which was actually studying bats from Zhoushan, Zhejiang almost a thousand kilometres away and they were researching Corona Viruses, not SARS, as there are a number of Corona Viruses which come from Bats. There was no evidence or ill researchers with the virus, but only a statement from the US State Department, which already has its own narrative about China. Conclusions must be based on evidence, not heresay. Oh, by the way, where did you find this clown, James Morrow? Never heard of him.

  32. Pauline Hanson has never visited China, so has no idea of reality. China is a vast expanse of farms, fields, forests and mega cities, endless amounts of space. Doesn't she realise China is bigger in size then Australia? To me it is just a continuation of her bigoted attitude to anyone who is not white. Sure, China is always looking for resources, but has no intention of population relocation overseas. If it wanted to do that, it has plenty of opportunity to do so in south east asia.

Yes, against current numbers, but the deaths are from people contracting this disease more then 2 weeks ago, so relate to the number of cases at that time perhaps about 30 cases. So we currently show 8 deaths, makes you reconsider the rate. I have followed this since the 3rd January, and can categorically say, this is not just like the flu. It is much worse, and that is for someone with mild symptoms. I am aware of a 17 school girl, perfectly healthy dying, overseas, in spite of good medical attention. Australian data is in its infancy, thus cannot be relied on. We must look at how it has progressed elsewhere as to our actions and solutions, even at the expense of economy. If the world economy contracts as a result, which now appears inevitable, Australia will fall into the same category without choice. We are too small as a nation to create any significant effects in the worlds economy.

It is always easy to be selective about stories of individuals who had problems with claims of violence. It can often be seen this happens on both sides of politics. Before any final conclusions are made about the so called fraudulent software, lets wait for the verification of the manual count being done in the state of Georgia. If the software was fraudulent then it will become clear and demonstrate quite transparently, rather then believing claims of lawyers working for one side or the other. I never lie, as is the claim of this Trump lawyer, so this will inevitably put all claims she has one way or the other to sleep, and either prove her to be honest, or just another liar. Lawyers are the greatest spinners of fairytale in the world as they need to try to convince judges of what could be, without any reasonable doubt. Once facts are validated, it will bring an end to the fairytales. Facts cannot be changed.

This man has demonstrated to be a prolific liar, just like his boss, and should stay out of the business of our and every other country. If people really understood Victoria' signing onto the Belt and Road inititiative, they would see it is more about the potential of local involvement in belt and road infrastructure projects around the world, for which Victoria could tender. So, it is about opportunity, for the State of Victoria.
