  1. Payroll tax is incumbent on business, not employees, thus employees will not receive a cent of it. This is the sort of "B...sh.t" that is constantly being touted by this president, who thinks he knows about business, but apparently doesn't. From what i heard his answer to the question was a fumbled mash of bogus nonsense. It is the answer to a question when you neither understand the question or don't know the answer to the question.

  2. Mid january, human to human inoculation was unkown! When Hubei went into lockdown, it was then highly suspected, which should have set off the alarm bells in USA. No disinformation, but a time element for research to ascertain more information on this virus, for what was still a new corona virus.
