  1. Payroll tax is incumbent on business, not employees, thus employees will not receive a cent of it. This is the sort of "B...sh.t" that is constantly being touted by this president, who thinks he knows about business, but apparently doesn't. From what i heard his answer to the question was a fumbled mash of bogus nonsense. It is the answer to a question when you neither understand the question or don't know the answer to the question.
