  1. The problem is not the brakes. The problem is the automated software when enacted and at times causes acceleration rather then braking, thus automated driving should probably be avoided. A simllar problem exists with a Tesla vehicle in Nanning, Guangxi, with so called braking failure, with suggestion that the car wants to accelerate. This can only be caused when automated software is enacted.
