As i see it, living in a rural city, Binyang city, Guangxi, everything is exactly the same as Shenzhen, demonstrating that Chinese authorities have the right intensions, however the reality is that too many people cannot read or write, particularly the older generation, so educating them is very slow. They cannot read what is written on the bins, and are very set in their old ways.
