  1. OMG, pop up messages on my mobile phone, on my wife's mobile phone, my wife's family's mobile phones? All we get are health and drive safely messages. Oh, by the way, whatever house you own in China is covered by a certificate of title, which cannot be taken away. There are laws in respect to the land lease, which will be renewed at it's termination. So the building, even though built on leased land, cannot be touched without adequate compensation. You need to check this out before such nefarious comment, Oh, by the way, i own my house here in China! I suggest you seek some education about the real China you seem to know little about.
