  1. The only thing missing here is, how long ago this video was taken. I can only assume this was taken 4 or 5 years ago or more, and please correct me if i am wrong. Remember, Guizhou has only recently anounced its improvement in its poverty alleviation, so the issue is very time relevant. You want to ge up to date with Guizhou, check with Jason, as he lives there.
