  1. I spent some time in Guangzhou and saw many disabled people, most of the being beggars.  I also saw quite a few in Shenzhen.  The problem with China, as I see it, is that these people are the responsibility of their families, where they have them, otherwise finish on the street.  The Government, does not as I saw it, look after them, or require facilitation of disabled facilities, be it in shopping centres, car parks or other venues.
