  1. It should be noted, these biolabs are military biolabs, financed not by the CDC or the State Department, but by the US Defence Department. Ringing alarm bells????? As Victoria Nulands said, the US is Instructing staff to (not destroy undesirable viles of virus) but instead destroy all files so as not to be discovered.
