  5. Actually, it is my understanding that you can use a chinese vpn which may however still have some restrictions. I worked for a government owned chinese company several years ago, and it used VPN, thus not illegal in my eyes.

Wow, today at the Zhejiang Wanli University, in Ningbo, 3,366 teachers and staff have been moved with the use of 130 buses to isolation facilities, after it was established that two students tested positive to the virus. A total of 20,179 teachers and students in the Qianhu and Huiling campuses of the university were tested, with all testing negative. As for infected children, the policy has quickly changed to allow parents to accompany their infected children in quarantine facilities.

  9. What i really dislike in the west is the misuse of the word propaganda, which is often used in place of marketing. Perhaps they should checkout the dictionary meaning, and discover not everything is about politics. You may have noticed this reporter's reference to everything being propaganda. In fact the meaning of Propaganda in China is somewhat different, relating more to advertising and marketing, without the relationship to anything political. Thus, what is called advertising and promotion in the west is called propaganda in China.

  12. These guys have no idea of the coverage of the tragedy of this event, wth social media inundated with these videos. This video is about as low as these guys can go, all in the name of trying to get money through youtube. No city in the world can deal with over 620 mm of rain in one day, three times more then the severe flooding which hit parts of Germany.
