  1. All i will say, being my opinion, i believe these malls in Futian and Nanshan areas were severely hit by the virus, with enforced shutdowns. Many of these shops were opened by entrepreneurial people who likely had little general or specialized business experience thus they fell on hard times, unable to meet such high rental expectations. I will say however, that the rental currently being asked is not going to quickly bring new entrepreneurs to the area.
