  1. There is a foreigner phobia in China at the moment, as they believe all foreigners have come from overseas and are potential virus carriers. I have come across this problem in Shenzhen, and including messaging the police who wanted my acid test results, telling them not required, as i have not left my home in Guangxi for the last two years, other then visiting Shenzhen, adding a comment do some homework and check it out. LOL, they said nothing! Alas, i was knocked back on a few hotels.
