  1.  @Cusk0  time has moved quickly, as have Chinese laws. Companies can now be 100% foreign owned, as long as they operate within Chinese regulations in China. So, they c an set up in China

  2. I have contacted many Australian companies in Australia to do business in China, as i live there, and am Australian. None seem interested, which leaves me astounded. All say, we have plans in place, but i know there products are still not available in China. I tried for several years to find a reliable beef source in Australia, as i had some very large ready to go customers in Shenzhen. There was always an excuse given.

  4. I live in China, have done so for many years, and it's not so difficult with the new rules. Where there is a will, there is a way.
