  1. A simple question. Russian Paralympians compete under the banner of the Russian Olympic Committee, not the Russian Government. Why are they banned? The two Ukrainians calling for the ban could be seen to be reading a prepared text. Was this propaganda for empathies sake? Only the government of Russia, not the general Russian population is responsible.
