  1. What is quite evident is that the media is "sprooking" a win for Christian Porter, whilst the legal fraternity has the opposite point of view. So why does the media want to do this, is it so much in their interest? Obviously, as should always be the case, they should go with the expert advice! Thus the result could be deemed to be fake or minimally misleading news. I would only give credability to a news story which gave both viewpoints without additional editorial comment, thus leaving it to the reader to judge.
