  6.  @mushroom11g55  in essence, what you are saying is, if you don't have a car, cannot go anywhere. This is why the big cities in China have such good and extensive metro systems, to reduce the level of cars on the road. I am living in a country town, so no metro trains here.

However, i do not know how long it would take to travel from a place like Xinchengdong to say Zengcheng Square, which both entails a long trip and several line changes. An interesting point you make. At least three line changes and perhaps four.
