  2. If you have dementia, you can very quickly forget what you're mad about and flip from one emotion to the other radically. Sounds like dementia can impact feelings. I cared for someone with dementia. I've experienced it.

  5.  @boneman-calciumenjoyer8290 , I got lucky. Sometimes my dad would flip to anger but most of the time he flipped into child mode. Would have conversations with people on television, talk to the walls and invisible people in the room, suddenly burst into laughter and the sort. It's a crazy open back of emotions just waiting to be scrambled I'm afraid. ...but what it taught me was to take better care of my health or that it could happen to me too. I'm sorry for your loss and wish you all the best.
