  1. In a situation where you can see the dibbles about, just park your car and capture it on video to show it to your employer. It's not worth it. Even if there aren't any dibbles about, they have cameras everywhere so still not worth doing anything to them. Take photos, find out where they live, and then do something while being careful to cheat the cameras.
