@davidpinno2208 , I have experience with this. Ochsner decreased the hours of those disabled that were hired when the deductions were reduced. Increasing the cost of them hourly will have a similar effect. It's the same with the minimum wage for the abled. If raising it is so good, why not raise it to $100 an hour or $1,000 an hour? Get back to me when you've run a business.
