It's not your cousin. It's you. You don't realize that by tacking the crime, these retailers will return. Also, you don't understand economics. You don't spend money you don't have when you're already in debt. This is why you hate your cousin and he's successful while you are not.

Locking enough people up will ensure that prices come down and grocers come back. It's the crime that's driven retail out of these areas.

@AZitiZTV , you must be a Democrat. Let me explain... Crime goes up and then prices have to go up to cover the losses or the grocer decides to cut their losses and shut the market. Both of those things make getting healthy food harder. By cutting crime, you keep prices lower and bring more competition in the area. Competition further reduces prices and increases healthy food options. Try not to be a Democrat your whole life. Educate yourself unless you like pretending you're a victim.
