  1. This isn't the issue because there are many viable alternatives that would work such as goldenrod for rubber and corn based plastic substitutes. The issue is that they're not as good and the accelerated and requisite changes would hurt the poorest people in the world the most because it would increase the cost of and decrease the energy density of energy available to developing nations. The increased cost of energy will also force more people from the middle class into poverty. This is all by design of course. The marxists (globalists, leftists, progressives or however they're having to rebrand themselves as lately) love income disparity. It makes people easier to control. Just ask Xi.
