  1. Haggis is actually quite nice Ian it’s ground meat with oats and spices. It’s because it’s traditionally cooked in a sheep stomach which isn’t actually eaten. Just what’s inside. It’s traditional on Burns night (the poet Robert Burns) usually served with mashed potatoes and mashed turnips, with a whiskey sauce or gravy. Mmm 😋
