  1. I was a chef In the UK for nearly 20 years and we could always tell the Americans when they came in as they would ask for burgers to cooked medium/well done or something else. Unfortunately it’s well done every time there as we weren’t allowed to cook burgers any other way. Steaks, yes cooked the way you want but not burgers lol that’s an espresso Ian, normally a coffee gonna be twice that size. But certainly not a Gallon of coffee 🤣🤣
