  1. Quitting a job because you are unhappy isn't a good way of starting a job source. Bad attitude, employer non-recommendation, and I want more all are factors. Also, I believe that Florida ended extra unemployment, some of these people may have been happy not to work until the benefits ended, another potential negative; because of questions on how hard someone who did that will work. Other issues come from criminal background checks which could disclose other things that would negatively affect employment opportunity.
