  1. He is describing it as an assault pistol. Despite the laws in California they have two mass murders in the last couple of weeks. High capacity magazines are banned, but the killer used one. So a criminal under state law committed more severe crime. My sympathy is to the victims and their families; I have no use for the anti-2nd people or their deluded logic.
