  1. All real women are born with ovaries and a vigina. Anyone born without ovaries and vagina isn't a real woman. So no matter how you identify yourself by gender with or without surgery, you are not a biological woman. Perhaps the category of woman needs to be redefined as biological woman and woman. The same should apply to men, those born with penis and testes are biological men and those with reassignment surgery are men.
