Sorry the court turned down his attempt to stop the investigation. Bragg has no authority to prosecute based on a unique and unconstitutional view.

@Ewok751 Name three what? Legal scholars, layers, judges or DOJ officials?. I suggest that you do your homework. The first to mind on my part is Deruwitz ( I know its misspelled) who is no Trump fan, but a fair lawyer. Then try going somewhere other than the big three networks, MSNBC and CNN; although even some on those channels have agreed Bragg is off base.

@Ewok751 i suggest that check out the letters from Stormy Daniel's and the previously convicted Cohen that no Trump money was involved and that no b affair occurred. These letters are years old, and should have been available to Bragg, under cutting his theories. As to naming scholars, I named (although misspelled) one, you ignored that just as you ignored people who have opined on both channels opposed to former Presiddnt Trump and the facts that have come out. I do not do the work for biased people who will ignore it just as the ignore anything that doesn't support their existing biases.

@Ewok751 Here are some names, not all are lawyers and not all are pro-Trump. What I find interesting panels from CNN and MSNBC where doubts were mentioned have basically disappeared. Strange isn't it. Alan Derehowitz Elie Honig Van Jones Dan Abrams Mark Geragous I stay away from more famous Trump supporters or anti-Democrat sources. You might want to listen to Dershowitz's comments in partticular.

@Ewok751 Additionally, there is already indications that Bragg hide or failed to disclose exculpatory documents including the Stormy Daniel's 's denial and letters from Cohen as well as his attorneys. I know you won't hear much about that from your favorite sources, but its real. I usually can't listen long to most anti-Trump sources, because when listen to a Trump speech and then their version the changes are too hard to accept as other than deliberate manipulation. By the way, I am not a die hard Trumper, but just someone who prefers his direction to the Democrat's equivalent of the Titanic going full speed into an iceberg. I am surprised that they haven't blamed him for Lincoln's assassination, they blame for any issue over two years out of office.

@Ewok751 Exactly what did I say that was stupid. Perhaps it is stupid to believe anything that the Democrats and zprogressives say about former President Trump. Msny people believe that to be true. Peraps it is stupid to miss the similarities with how communism took and destroyed Venezuela under Madero or what happened in Roumania following WWII when an almost identical playback was used to destroy the communists opposition. I have been studying history for most of my adult life and there are patterns there if you have the knowledge and honesty to see them. So, which of us is stupid? Which of us is more biased?
