  1. I am commenting on this without listening to this. Why, because it is a manipulative attempt to play on emotion. Anything factual she could say could be obtained from older witnesses without exposing her to the trauma of testimony. It also places the defense in a position where any cross examination looks mean. This type of manipulation of the jury should be avoided.
