  2. I forgot to add despite being outnumbered things weren't this bad until defend the police, Kim Foxx declining to prosecute "minor" offenses, release without bail to name parts of the problem. By the way, the gangs were armed despite Illinois requiring a Firearms Owners ID (FOID) Card to buy a firearm or ammo; and before Illinois had a Concealed Carry Card which increased the number of hoops that you had to jump through. Enforcement was weak before Foxx and Chicago and Cook County have the lowest rate of issued Concealed Carry Cards. So much for firearms control.

While, I agree single parent households, overwhelmingly female led, contribute massively to the gang culture; you have no evidence or reason to claim their mothers are crack heads.
