  1. Wonderful, they pay for police through taxes. Now because of the failure of the legal system; they have to pay for their own security in a bill designed to only affect Chicago. How much is that going to add to prices, and who wants a job where if they are forced to shoot a criminal, they may face criminal charges themselves? By the way, what will be the training requirements? Another question has this politician or his family been involved with private security companies. Another dumb law. By the way, Chicago isn't the only city in the state that has a crime problem.
