  1. Yes, make car makers build in anti-theft capability; the cost of which will be passed to the consumer. Capability, which depending on the device will permit people to disable vehicles, track movement, or just make the vehicle harder to operate. Question, what will we do if hackers get into a xystem? What will we do to prevent unnecessary government track or controlling actions. Why not avtually go after the criminal instead? Could it be someone wants that power over the public? You think about it.
