  1. Illinois has passed a safety act which eliminates cash bail, requires release of people charged for crimes including 2nd Degree Murder and Kidnapping. Yes, safety for whom? I my opinion is it is safety for criminal activity, not safety for the public. Now they are passing Safer Community Act outlaws most legally owned firearms. So is the community being protected is the criminal community. Illinois will become a statewide Portland.
