  1. This is a retalitory shooting by two gangs. These are actions of violence, guns don't fight on their own. The police know the gang members, they could go after them to press them for information. Since the shooters are tedns, they can't legally own a gun. All the spending won't change a thing any more than gun control. We need GANG CONTROL.

  2. While I agreed with the comment, I know many Black Americans don't support this culture (in fact probably most); but, I use "they" is the leftist minority that have created this isdue.
