  1. The shooter according to something I m just read has an interesting record. Convicted of armed robbery, out on parole or probabation ( have go back and check), violates his release by a hit a nd run, awaiting trial, caught with an illegal weapon. Question. Avoiding being arrested for another felony is a good reason to avoid arrest; however, he chose the worst possible way to do that. It is much smarter and easier to not commit the next offense.
