  3. The Left always finds it easier to control people when they hate each other. Stalin's NKVD (KGBs predessor) heavily recruited from disliked minorities. Why because they wouldn't join the people in revolt and the people wouldn't trust them if they offered to help. Check up on what a lot of the NKVD ethnics were when Russia took the Baltics in 1940. They repaid the various Baltic ethnics for their anti-Semetism several times over making it easy for the Germans to recruit the Baltic ethnics against both Russia and the Jews.
