  8. No, the FBI leadership needs to be replaced, and all senior promotions controlled by the current Executive Level and Senior GS level need to be thoroughly reviewed to see if political favoritism was involved.

  9.  @Pipizzakitchen  Not in all states with bail/bond law changes, many jurisdictions require the prosecutor to justify a bond. Illinois is one of those. Even 2nd Degree murders can be released with o ut bond.
