  1. Kamala Harris is Black because she has a fraction of Black DNA because her father had some Black DNA; however, he has Caucasian DNA from his Caucasian slave owning ancestors. Her mother is an Indian who came to the US with no Black DNA that is known. So she is actually mixed race with only limited claims to African ancestry. So as far as I am concerned claiming that she is Black is a lie; except if you wish to accept the old racist belief that a drop of Black blood makes you Black. Strange, she bases her claim to be Black on an outmoded racial belief.
