  1. There is or was a good video on the history of Critical Theory and how it led to a Critical Legal Theory (think the ant police fools, see i didn't say nuts) and Critical Race Theory. As a hint, Critical Theory was thought up by a European communist on why his ideology hadn't come into power and what was needed to let it take over.
