The way the driver moved indicated some reason other than going for his vehicle registration or insurance card. He moved slowly initially, removing his hand from the side of the truck and then lunged into it. Was he trying for a gun, we can't tell from the video's position. Could he have bern, yes. As far as leaving the firearms alone, is Arizona a 2nd Amendment state? If it is, they have no right to seize them without cause. My question are: did he have outstanding warrants, was he a previously convicted felon, or another that made I him subject to detention or arrest? If any of that was true (nothing that I saw or heard supports Iinnocence or guilt making me to believe the police unless other audio or video appears countering their reports.
